It was a fantastic Saturday for our three senior teams as they all recorded notable away league wins. The 1st XV travelled to the Ely Memorial Ground to play a Glamorgan Wanderers side that had only been beaten once this term in the WRU Championship East and as expected it turned out to be a really tough encounter. The hosts were quick out of the blocks and took an early 8-0 lead before Beddau got on the scoresheet with an Ethan Coombes try which was converted by Callaghan Smith. The only scores in the final twenty minutes of the first half were all penalty goals as Smith k.....
The 1st XV continued their impressive start to the campaign with another win whilst the Youth went down to a strong Merthyr outfit in our senior gam.....
There was no first XV game over the weekend as they had a bye in the WRU Championship Cup but both the Chuckles and Youth were in action and put on .....
There were big bonus point wins for both the 1st XV and Chuckles on Saturday but the Youth fell just short in their away league game. The 1.....
There was an arm wrestle at Mount Pleasant Park where the 1st XV overcome a powerful Rumney outfit whilst the Chuckles enjoyed a good win at Cardiff.....
