The seniors will begin preparations for the new season on Tuesday June 25th as the new coaching group welcome old and new players of all abilities to their first training session at Bryncelynnog Comprehensive School.
The senior set up will continue training at the school complex every Tuesday and Thursday.
Its an exciting time for the Club at present and both senior teams will be looking to improve on last seasons final positions in the WRU Championship and Mid District Championship.
The Club has a wealth of experience in its coaching team with former British and Irish Lion Matthew Rees joining Wales Sevens International Tom Slater, English Premiership winner Ben White and Cai Jenkins who is part of the Blues Strength and Conditioning team.
