Our Youth XV will embark on an away day at Dragons B league side Blackwood this coming Saturday.
This will be another good fixture for the young Green and Golds as they step up their development and look to get vital game time before the league season resumes.
Blackwood have had some very good Youth teams over the last few seasons and just like Beddau they have a young developing side. They have played seven Dragons B league games this season, winning just the one against Chepstow (14-9) a few weeks back. They have suffered some very close defeats which too could have been wins.
The Green and Golds are doing absolutely everything at the moment apart from getting the results they deserve. Last Saturday in horrendous conditions in Brynmawr they showed their commitment and could easily have taken the spoils.
Kick-off is 2.30pm.
