Our Youth XV put on a great display of attacking rugby against a talented touring Haverfordwest outfit at Mount Pleasant Park last night.
There were plenty of good tries scored from both teams, with Beddau really cutting loose in the second period to entertain the good crowd.
Evan Thomas crossed twice for the young green and golds with Alfie Egan, Max Luke, Cian Evans, Efan Jones, Tom Christopher and Rhodri Chatterley all also getting good scores. Ioan Leyshon converted five of the tries, with Alfie Egan also slotting a two pointer in the 52-22 win.
The crowd left the ground extremely pleased with a great game of rugby and seeing the level of performance our young team can produce.
The end of the season promises to be an exciting one for this group. Well done to all involved.
A big thanks to Haverfordwest for coming to us on their tour of South Wales. We hope they enjoyed their time and that we can pay a return visit in the not to distant future.
