Both the 1sts and Youth XV are in action on Saturday - weather permitting.
The 1st XV will be hoping to build on last Saturday's good away win at Trebanos when they travel to Margam to take on Tata Steel in another Admiral WRU National Championship fixture. Skipper Jordan Coombes returns to the side after missing last weeks fixture, whilst Mason Morgan, Tyler Wells, Jac Williams and Lloyd James also return to the match day squad after missing last weeks game.
The Youth will kick off their Cardiff Rugby Premiership league campaign with a fixture against a good Rhiwbina outfit at Mount Pleasant Park.
The young Beans will be looking to make a promising start in what is a very tough league.
Both games kick off at 2.30pm.
