The caring nature of the village and in particular the junior section of Beddau has again been highlighted but not just locally but on the other side of the World in Apia, Samoa.
Leulumoega Fou College in the Samoan capital has had a delivery of rugby boots sent to them from both Beddau and Pontypridd Rugby Clubs. The young boys will be wearing their boots at an upcoming tournament in Wallis and Futanu in the country and we wish them well.
This is a fantastic gesture by our junior section and special mentions must go to Club friends and sponsors Debbie and Jeremy Issac (Bob Gay Plant Hire / Woodland Walk) and Youth XV team manager Lela Jayne who played a significant part in the donations.
