Past Players Dust Off Boots For Special Day

On Saturday the Club and the Community will descend on Windsor fields the home of Pontyclun RFC to pay tribute to two huge friends and characters that sadly passed away last year.

The second Palk v Hole fixture will kick off at 1pm as we pay tribute to our good friend Daniel Palk. The day is not just about the rugby game, there is an action packed fun day for all the family. There is plenty of top class live entertainment scheduled afterwards at the Clubhouse.

Past players of Beddau have all agreed to put on their boots for this fantastic cause and raise money for local charities. This year the Beddau team will donate the money they have raised to Jax's Journey.

There is plenty of age and experience on the Beddau side as they look to retain the trophy against a perhaps slightly younger and fitter Pontyclun team sprinkled with some of their past legends too.

The organisers of this event deserve huge credit and we thank them for all the work they have undertaken to ensure that this special day goes ahead and that our brother Daniel is remembered as fondly as he is.
