Beddau head coach Lee Jarvis along with his coaching team have had a busy week preparing for the visit to Cyncoed tomorrow to face unbeaten Cardiff Met.
It is a tough challenge for the Green and Golds but they will be full of confidence after an excellent showing at home to Trebanos last weekend.
Jarvis was also in confident mood saying "We as a coaching group and the players are really looking forward to the game. It was good to get that first win last week and there is a buzz among the group now.
"Last weekend our defence was absolutely brilliant. It had to be with us just receiving 33% of possession. Our discipline was also exceptional.
"This Saturday we will have to be more accurate with the ball in hand and play head up rugby. We cannot afford to switch off for one second.
"Cardiff Met are a well organised and conditioned side. They have started really well. Its a huge test for our squad but we will be ready".
Jarvis and his coaching team have been forced into making a couple of changes from last weekends team. Tom Geere, Tom Preece, Jack Secher and Sam Tiley return to the team whilst Matthew Howells returns to his old University for his first start of the season. Lewis Egal and Rhys Owens picked up injuries last week and are ruled out whilst work commitments prevent Keiran Gay from taking part.
