Our Youth XV warmed up for their Blues Trophy semi-final next weekend with an impressive 33-12 win over a strong Porthcawl outfit at Mount Pleasant yesterday.
The young Green and Golds scored five excellent tries with Harry Bryant crossing for a brace. The Rogers brothers Jac and Gethin and Jac Baker also crossed the whitewash with Kalum Bundy and Ollie Wilde sharing eight points worth of conversions.
Porthcawl showed on times why they are one of the leading Osprey region youth teams and we thank them for coming to Beddau and we wish them well for the rest of the season.
Beddau now have a big week of preparation before they face a good Porth Harlequins team at Yorkdale in that semi-final clash on Saturday.
